Steam help please

Never had a problem, but i tried to load up Steam before, to go on FM and it can't connect, normally i can put it into offline mode, but this time i can't. I re-downloaded it and repaired it, but it cannot connect to Steam server, i've reconnected my wireless but nuffin' :'(

Erm, i was on the BETA of the new look Steam, but i don't think so

It did the same thing to me yesterday, I just downloaded Steam again only took 2 minutes.

It's miraculosly fixed itself this morn', and allowed me to repair it,woop! Thanks for you help everyone
