Steam help

Hi guys, I've just bought a new laptop and installed FM through steam. Im trying to install facepacks but I cant find the sports interactive folder. I had the game on my old laptop and installed the game through the cd and the folder was in my documents. Any ideas where I can find it? Cheers

is this on a PC ?

Try closing the game and restarting it. As it does a first time boot up which creates the folders!!! Also reboot your lappy
