Steam not updating.. HELP

Steam will not update FM to the new patch, have restarted steam, FM, and my laptop, tried uninstalling FM. Is there a way of updating manually or is there a fix? Any help would be great

What makes you think it hasnt updated?

Version number is still 13.0.0

Sorry guys my bad, was saying 13.0.0 as the default database because there hasn't been any database changes. Thanks anyway
