Steam or not to Steam?

Hi all,

Obviously really want FM11, and I was going to get it on steam, but I was wondering, does that mean you can only use it on one laptop? I'm using a temp laptop at the moment, while my charger is messed up, need to order a new one!

So if I were to get it on steam, would I be limited to playing FM on just my temporary laptop?

Or can I transfer the game still?

No, you can just download steam again onto your other laptop. However, if you want to keep the save files, I'd save them on a memory stick.

Well if you download it directly from steam, what you can do is use the backup feature, then take the backed up files across to your laptop and install it from them.
