steam problem?

Hi, i tried to put a skin onto my game and it went wrong, now after game starts up the screen is completly black, have tried re-installing ghame again but it still stays black, removed all fm2014 content i could find and uninstalled game through steam, then reinstalled. ANY BODY HELP ME OUT, AM AT MY WITS END.

Had to create another account on the pc, then play game through that account, solved problem but doesnt explain why it happened on main account.
