Steam - 'This game is currently unavailable.'

So, I tried to open FM Yesterday to keep me entertained on the train, but it wouldn't work and said it was unaivalable. I thought to myself it's probably because I've been on my laptop with the internet on a lot since I last played so maybe Steam detected a patch and wont let me play it until I'm online and try to open the game so that the patch downloaded and installed. I got home last night, connected to the internet, tried to open FM...'This game is currently unavailable.'

Is there anywhere I can download the steam patch manually to see if it starts working? If not, anyone have any thoughts about why this is or had it happen and know how to fix it? Any help would be great!
 
Bump, just happened to me. Anyone have any ideas ?
 
Found out what to do.

1. Load Steam
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.
