steam tranfer update?

Hello there people, I was wanting to start a new game up, but I was thinking of just waiting until all the January updates are on. I've looked about and can't find a solid answer of when the steam update comes out with all the January transfer updates. Does anyone know when the official update will be out? Cheers

Its been said that its going to be released after the Russian Transfers window closes at the 27th of February.
