Well Travelled - You won five different top league competitions

Just wondering if anyone knows which leagues are classed as "top leagues" for the purposes of this achievement because I assumed it would simply refer to the top league in that country, however I have won the highest league in five different countries and haven't got the achievement. The five leagues being the English Premier League, Scottish Premier League, Spanish Liga BBVA, Italian Serie A and German First Division as its' called in the game.
Is this a fault in the leagues I've won not being sufficient for this or just the Steam not recognising the achievement for whatever reason?

Well all but the Scottish must certainly count. I'd say win the French league and you should get it, I assumed the same as you but it must mean top divisions as in top 5 or something?

Yeah I thought it might be the Scottish that didn't count, just wondered if anyone who has got this achievement can let me know what leagues they did it in before I go thinking I need to win the French as well
