I pre-ordered mine from Steam last night, when people said the chance had expired.
I think the BETA is available to all who pre-order, regardless

im installing football manager 2015, not too sure if that comes with the beta or not but judging by what these have said it will work

Yes, what you're installing is the beta. Then when the full game is released it automatically upgrades to that.
