Currently in my third season with Leeds United, now in the Prem after 2 consecutive promotions.
Just wanted to strongly suggest that if anyone is starting in league one, sign Steffano Fiore on a free transfer, 32 but lead my Leeds side to the League one title with ease!
By far the best free transfer for a senior-pro I've ever made!

42 Games, 24 Assist, 14 Goals, from Right Midfield!

If your going for a long haul, he becomes a good coach after the second season as well.
 
As long as it's the first season then he might be, have a gander at him on there and compare him to what you've already got.
Would be good for tuitoring youngsters as well.
 
Go for Edgar Davids aswell, brilliant for teams right up to lower Prem, midfield maestro.
 
i've signed fiore before, good for lower premiership or championship teams. he's quite useful for tutoring your youngsters as well as playing well, although he isn't as good once you finish the first season
 
i signed in freddie ljunberg in my 1st season wit everton for free. gt signing of d season in d prem. i wud rec him
