Steifus facepack MOD

I have to be doing something wrong but I don't know what.
I have downloaded the facepack MOD and extracted to the panels folder in the skins file. I have reloaded the skin. I already have the "always reload skin.......etc." ticked in my game and still the MOD doesn't work. I notice there have been over 2,000 downloads on this site alone. Am I the only one not to be able to get it to work?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply Mullen19. Believe it or not I have it working, I didn't realise that the MOD showed up only in the player attributes, so when I didn't see it on the player screen I thought it wasn't working.
