Hey,
I played fm2012 and fm2014 , constantly and religiously. I have missed out the last 2 iterations and currently going for fm2017!
I have read the new features but really interested to hear from you guys if there are any new components "must use" for success. Like for example: revamped training system in '13, new staff roles, transfer negotiations in '14, etc.. which were all revolutionary features.
Just to make sure I am not missing something major :S
