still cant sort out my xml problem! help!

not well-formed (invalid token) at line1 of floating-match-stats-state-changed.xml thats what comes up after i give a team talk i have tryed most of the other threads and found ways of getting ride of it but still nothing close to giving up :'(

thanks jak its killing me not getting to play had about 30 hours playing time then it happend
