Still thinks I'm manager of my old club

I was manager of Fulham, then I took the AC milan job and I took my assistant manager with me to my new job, and when i go to the coach reports for my AC Milan players it is comparing them with Fulham players, for example I check the coach reports for Alexis Sanchez, and it says he is the second best striker in my squad after Edin Dzeko (Who I signed at Fulham) is the only way to fix this changing my *** man?
