Have been trying out numerous tactics to no avail with my hometown team, having looked everywhere for a tactic to fit Stoke I have been unsuccessful, was wondering if anyone has a good tactic that they know of to use with stoke on FM16, thanks

Start with a basic idea of how you want the team to play, pick a shape, decide on the roles, and just add TIs carefully.
