Stop to share tactic with biggest team

what is the point of this thread? but i agree with poeple saying why bother creating a tactic for a big team. most tactics will end up with success if youre using barce etc, i took control of west ham and won the treble after a few years, building a competitive squad in the process.

plug and play does work, but only if youre very lucky, and even then the AI works out your tactic after a couple of games. Im yet to see a tactic that someone has used from say a league 1 team and took them to winning the champions league, or starting in the very bottom league and getting that team to the premiership.

People saying you havent got the perfect tactic unless you win all games are stupid, when was the last time in real life a team when unbeaten by winning every single game in a season

Why are people complaining about tactics "not working" (which I would categorically disagree with in the first place) after the first season?

IN the modern era of professional sport (any sport) teams are quick to adapt to tactics that aren't defensive based - which is why teams like Chelsea etc remain solid - read: not unbeaten, but very good still, with the same/similar tactics year-to-year.

It's par for the course/realistic that opposition adjust to your tendencies. This is why someone like ARsene is criticised because he isn't tactically adaptable (in certain ways) because he insists mainly on playing 'his way' even against big teams or any occasion (I say this as an Arsenal fan).

TL;DR - if you want to play the same way year after year, expect hiccups because teams catch on to how you play. This is pretty universal across all sports.
