Strange and obscure tactics wanted

After playing traditional tactics for so long I am seeking a new challenge now by checking and trying out strange and unconventional tactics. Any tactics you have developed lately and on which you are keen on to share would Be great and appreciated.

But one premise:The tactics should be effective and succesful.

I am curious about your experiences.

I have developed a somewhat obscure tactic based on the fact that the formation looks like its all over the shop. very effective. it's called the "selecao" based on Brazil 1970 - check it out and don't forget to let me know how you are getting on! Any questions, just ask...

Its a 5-2-3 tactic that I used during my term in charge of Argentina and Brazil;

It bought me success, I won the Copa America with Argentina, then won the World Cup with Brazil
