Strange England manager appointment

The 2022 World Cup just finished in my save game and had the usual resignations. Look at the dude who got the England job (see attachments). He's a 65 year old newgen with no experience whatsoever as a player, coach or manager. This is literally his first job in football. Has anyone noticed this happening in their game? Hardly realistic!!

lol, typical england.... i had something simular but not with a national team.

This can vary due to the leagues you load. For example if you load the english leagues, the scottish management setup will be someone with former experience from england ie Souness. Also later into saves appointments become more randomised.
