When they are angry at you, there is no option to say sorry. If you say 'I'l try to work on the way I approach things' you get 'I don't believe you' (WTF) and then you get a bunch of negative options so you have to leave the conversation.

When anyone approaches me to have a chat I always dread it cause I manage to ALWAYS **** them off. However I would say that in most cases they resolve it after a couple fo months.

I also avoid 'having a private chat' when my staff suggest asking a player to try a new move (i.e. try coming deep for the ball). This, for me, always ends up with getting ****** off and the standard 'Oh i hope i havent upset you..." line seems a little submissive to player power.

yea try and be really strict with them and ultimately it was pay off

I always do it good, i only had failed like 7 or 8 times in all my fm carrer, and i was asked for like 4 transfer request.. i has never accepted one, since when i sell a player is ask 3x times the value of the player

Player Interaction on FM is **** if you play the game with a low reputation and you manage a high rep team, players always say "I don't believe you" etc. I think your reputation at your club should be different from your overall rep, that way you can still have your players respect without having to pretend you are an "International Footballer" but meh whatever, doubt SI will change it.

Doubt it'll get sorted in the new patch. They'll probably fix it in FM12 and advertise it as one of the new features.

yeah, i always **** players off, they take things the wrong way and only option is too be really strict or cave in to there demands
