Strange problem with squad registration

Managing Vitesse, but getting "the red news" about New York Red Bulls player Sander Keller every day:

"Sander Keller has signed a new contract with New York.
The deal will keep him at the club until Monday 31st December 2012.
As this player changed his status in the roster, a new squad registration is required in order to avoid squad registration rules breaking".

No option to do anything also available? And squad registration button greyed out.

Strange... Try holidaying past the registration date and your assistant should take care of it.

this exact thing is happening to me...
and every time i advance i have to go through this message over and over again.
it lets me advance but stays red. its so frustrating XD
