Striker For River Plate

After hearing about Rivers recent relegation and catching a show on ESPN Classic, ''football rivalries'' which was about Boca and River ive decided to manage the famous argentine club, what im in need of is a striker. I have a nice budget of 12.5m but im struggling to find players that want to play in the Argentine league. Ricardo Olivera was my numer one target, had a bid of 8m accepted but couldn't offer the wage he was after.

So any ideas?
