Striker Movement Help - Need to drag defenders

Could someone please help me. I need to know which role for a striker will drag the central defenders out the way the best so that my 3 AMC's (I play 4-2-3-1) can run in on goal.
I thought about: DLF - support so that he drops deep and the AMC's can run through
Advanced forward - attack so when he moves into channels the defenders follow and leave gaps
Complete forward - so that he is free to move around trying to pick the ball up

Any help would be much appreciated as I'm not the best at the tactical side, cheers

all three should work well, whats important is the off the ball movement attribute of the striker

i use complete forward attack, but then my forward there is Rooney

Would setting his mentality lower affect this, or would it mean he just doesn't get into dangerous positions in the first place?

I have Van persie, Kadlec, Van wolfswinkel (I'm arsenal) I'm thinking complete forward ?
Another quick question, am I better to play attacking so I create more chances or keep as I am (control) where I dominate possession (could do with some help with that as well) then play the final ball when the opportunity arises ?
