I am managing Southampton in the Championship in 2012 and need help at striker. My current options just dont seem to provide me with enough consistency against the better sides.

I have:
Harry Kane: 18 years old
Lee Barnard: 27 years old
Michael Owen: 32 years old and always hurt
Piotr Parzyszek: 18 years old

My transfer budget is kind of small and I always play with 2 up front which features owen when he is fit along with one of the two youngsters most games. One plays as an advanced forward and Owen tends to play as a poacher

Edit: I am sitting fourth in the championship through 28 games thanks to a stellar defensive record of only conceding 22 times. Have just over 2 million to spend.

Soukouna is good, usually free and low wages
Leigh Griffiths from Dundee is excellent
Paterson from burnley is worth a look if available cheap
