Wouldn't it be easier to upload the tactic? looks nice :]

Woop de do .... another great tactic with a top club zzzzzz

my Plymouth argyle save thanks you for the tactic, going well so far! :)

I would perhaps change wingers to regular winger role and team shape to fluid...to make the tactic perfect...

so instead of IF's change them to wingers?

yup...he has work ball into box TI which will make them not cross into box but act as Ifs....hs setup is great, but a defend duty in cm requires fluid team shape if you want perfection, and that means reducing a few specialised roles... also, with attack mentality, support duties are meant to score, and he uses exploit the middle to force things to attack duty striker...it would be much more natural to play counter with TI's opposite of his, and no exploits, if you really want hattricks from your striker...

I have just used this tactic for a season with Gillingham and despite only expected to avoid relegation, I have managed to finish 2nd in League.
The only tweaks i made was to change the IF to wingers.
OP instructions was left to assistant manager and training for majority of season was team cohesion.
Lots of goals with a very average team, conceded a few but not an issue for me!
Started life in the Championship with 10 points from first 5 games when expected to fight relegation.

I updated v2 with PI

Is it possible for you write down the player instructions in this thread please? Annoyingly I play FMC on Android and I can only import tac files not fmf files. I was wanting to test out you tactic. For some strange reason I can't get my forwards to score.

Cannot win since latest patch.. I'm with Newcastle and it's W-L-L-W-L-W-L-W-L-L

I notice on v2 you have the striker as a poacher? Should it be a poacher or a TM-A?
