Striker roles against 3ATB formations?

Managing Napoli. 3rd season

Strikers available: Cavani 4,5), Insigne (3,5star atm) Pandev (2,5) + some younger strikers (Really hard to choose who to buy for cover )



When playing 2 Central Defender formations, i just put Insigne as DLF and Cavani as Poacher and sometimes make them swap positions to confuse opponents.

How to play against 3 defenders since the ''drag out one and make space'' doesn't really work anymore.

You can probably leave the combo that you use for the 2 defence formations. Have you got any wingers/inside forwards or attacking wing backs or fullbacks to help your strikers to pull, drag and disorganise the defence? This would be more beneficial than changing the roles, it still make 2v3 whichever way you look at it , you need 3v3 or if really aggressive 4v3.
