ORIGINAL POST WAS IN FM26 GENERAL, BUT I'VE NOT POSTED IT INTO TACTICS AFTER GETTING HUGE DOWNLOADS AND LOTS OF REALLY GOOD FEEDBACK....

My favourite tactic of all time, was Reaper tactic, I believe from 2023, it was fast paced, no strikers and bundles of through balls which created so many 1v1s due to fast counter attacks.
Since release of FM26 I have tried to recreate it which has been hard due to in and out of possession options.
But I think I've finally cracked it.

what you'll see here is rapid, quick pass and go and many through balls which lead to plenty of goals.
1 thing to notice is that you'll rarely get more than 50% possession due to constantly trying that through ball.

I took Wrexham from league 1 to premier league in constant promotions and now sit top of premier league 4 seasons in.
I also tried the tactic on a previous Man Utd save I had and got same results.
Won the league with Man Utd 3 seasons running and each time was by more than 12 points.
Current Wrexham save I'm 12 games in, 11 wins with 1 loss but sit top with huge goal difference.

I will attach the tactic and some screen shots and hopefully you guys can give it a spin and let me know how you get on.
type of players required = vision and speed

If you don't have the correct players needed at the time, you can change short passing to direct passing and that'll get the ball into opposition area quicker but with lower possession.

I just tried to buy Vitor roque and they wanted £83 Miilion pounds i couldnt afford that at forest how did you do it ?

I hope you mean you are 1-0 up, and who are you managing?
Yeah I won 2-0 v arsenal . I’m playing as Everton 2nd season, so team is a bit different. Didn’t do much away at athletic bilboa, but beat Chelsea 3-1 at home

If you are going to continue with the tactic, try and get your front 3 with pace, also make sure your DM is solid and your wide players to have good vision, and you'll be set once your team learns the new tactic.

The key attributes for the three attacking midfielders are pace and finishing, and for the wingers, vision. Are there any other attributes to highlight? I'm in 2027 with Hibernian and I finished second with this tactic, tied on points with Rangers, in the Conference League semi-finals, and I lost the cup final against Celtic, so it's pretty good considering I still have to develop the tactic and gradually sign the necessary players.

That's the main things, but as your build your team around the tactic, the rest is common sense really, good strong DM with high work rate, your full backs with vision and pace ect ect.
Good job so far on your Hibernian save (y)
