The Inside wingers can be a bit inconsistent ratings wise and the Attacking mids are the same but overall i don't see how this tactic wouldn't work for all teams
Your main 4 players in this tactic is the DLP and the front 3, everything revolves around them, the reason your inside wingers are inconsistant is because the instructions are forcing your counter attacks through the middle, but what the wingers do is stretch the opposition defence, which means your front 3 can break the offside trap.

So first season and i won the Champions League, and everything else.

Thank you.
@FM DNA Just see the youtube video, thank you for uploading... I should of stated, that its super important to have a fast front 3 as they break the offside trap constantly. as you can see from MrGrieve test results.

How would you line up Chelsea?
Caceido as your DLP and the rest is auto, use Palmer as the AM and make sure the 2 Shadow strikers have pace over anything else. Pace is so important for this tactic as most of your goals will be from stretching their defence and then pinging in through balls for your front 3 to run onto. I did use Chelsea in 1 of my test runs for this tactic and I demolished the game, Won everything within 2 seasons.

2 shadow strikers? I'm only seeing 1 SS in the centre, with 2 AM's either side and 2 IW on the outside.

Also, the PWB come inside and almost play like defensive midfielders next to the DLP. Would it make sense to retrain defensive midfielders with tackling/passing stats for the PWB positions?

For the IW's, does it matter which foot is strongest? Left foot on the left and right foot on the right? Or vice versa because they like to come inside?

My mistake, you are right, It's 1 shadow striker, i said 2 as i was doing tests with 2 either side of the AM.
yes you could retrain DM's but my issue is that most of them don't have the acceleration or pace for that role.
and for the IW's, i like to have right footed on left side and left footed on right, which means when they pick up the ball, their less likey to run the flanks and instead will cut in and push a through ball into the front 3.

Its so bad for me its unbelievable...

Hello,

I decided to plug this tactic into a console save to have some fun and it's doing just that, having me a great time during my vacation, so, thank you for sharing the tactic :)
Had to put the results on video as I'm unable to add screenshots from PS5

Your tactics are working really well for me in the lower English divisions, and I have two questions.
What training methods do you recommend?
What pitch dimensions do you use? The minimum (101x64), standard (105x68), or maximum (110x73)?
Thanks

No how do i do this? But is this really the reason i see people here in their first season winning everything
Prob yes, depends ofc in ur team but...
U need a good tactic familiarity and it start from there. U need to go to Squad>Tactics>Training and below the tactic u gonna see individual training, put the role for each player and that's all.

After many DM's asking for a V2, I finally decided it was time....
Few adjustments to tactic, player roles, team instructions and player instructions, I give to you.... Fast Paced Counter V2
My original tactic which is still working very well (Fast Paced Counter), I believed I could improve even more, So after many tests and tweaks, I won the league and champs league with no signings or edits.
Started a fresh save, and went straight on holiday for a full season.
Something i noticed was the 3 loses in the league all had key players missing due to injury so i do believe with correct training and control, you can dominate your league with ease.

Front 3 - acceleration and finishing
Inside wingers - good vision and pace
Deep lying playmaker - vision and passing

Enjoy guys!
And don't forget to let me know how you get on with it.

Cant open in game

So far, this is definitely the best tactic to use for a top team. I decided to use this tactic in my second season at Arsenal and the team is undefeated in 23 premier league games. 76 goals scored, so far!

Gyokeres as second striker has scored 27 goals, in the league, in 21 games. Absolutely insane.

If I dont win the title, I will be shocked.
