struggle with AI playing 4-4-2

My tactic is in the pic below..

Have problem playing with teams who play 4-4-2, as my asst manager say, n yes it is true..
Having trouble beating even a low division side playing 4-4-2..
how come this happens..? Any help guys..? tq
