Struggling for a NUFC tactic

I'm struggling with finding an effective tactic for a Newcastle side. I have the latest LFC Marshall update, which means I've now got Siem de Jong, Remy Cabella, Emmanuel Riviere and Ferrerya on the squad but I'm having a hard time finding a tactic that seems to work and be somewhat consistent.

Not interested in winning every game, but just to not completely **** the bed in the second season.

Any suggestions?

Didnt tweak this much just reversed the midfielders positions and team instructions, hope this helps.
