Struggling for goals and a win help ?

i am currently managing sunderland and no matter what formatino or who i play up front i cant get a victory or goals i will get 1 goal and then i will be pinned back into y own half for the remainder of the game somone plaease help ?

i am currenly 4-51 with a DM an two attacking mids i have been with this formation for a month or two and before that it was aplain 4-4-2 but that did not work at all
