Struggling for staff...HELP

Hi guys, I am currently managing Pescara in the Italian Serie B, but I terminated most of my staffs contracts as they're stats were terrible! but im struggling to find anyone who would really help improve the training & scouting part of the club.

Could you guys please give suggestions for : *** managers scouts physios etc

Could just set up a job advert and then choose the best one rather than looking for staff for 2 hours which isn't fun.?

Staff from various national teams would often accept roles even at small clubs, with low wages too.

italian NT staff like Pin, Venturati and Casellato are really good and should accept serie B. Generally most national teams staff with regional reputation will accept roles at relatively small clubs. I usually sign the Italians, then Hans Jorritsma from Holland, Frank Raviot from France, Simon Smith from England and you should find many others.
