Struggling to find the best cooaches

Hey,

i hope that u can help me out. I am looking for the best coaches from list made by one website, but i really cant find all coaches from that list, not even half of them. Which leagues do u load for all these coaches and how large the database should be.

I tried to load 12 leagues with top leagues only and with medium database, but i struggle to find the best coaches.

Try big database? Are you sure your filters don't leave them out?

I've never really bothered too much with staff, as getting 4/4.5 stars in training is easy and good enough.

I can't find then via typing their names...i believe there is no filters.

Aren't these out of date? There's extra attributes now that differentiation between stuff like the two goalkeeping coaching. I think it's tactical and technical coaching? Or maybe mental i can't remember.

Don't know. All the coaches I've found using this are belissimo.

The excel sheet from stonegold covers it with the new calculations for the keepers and all that.

Tactical gives a minor boost to defending and shot stopping now and also a marginally larger attacking increase.

Technical boosts handling.

It's hard to get the 5 star coaches without accounting for it, it's much harder to guess at a glance now which is annoying as the attributes aren't weighted equally.

No, they aren't out of date. I use them. The Excel they link to works right for exact calculation. The site I made using it works right if you prefer the web https://fm-15-coach.herokuapp.com/ .

I can never ever find decent coaches. All the good ones want to be Fitness Coaches, Manager of Heads of Youth Development.

I think it depends a lot on what level you're at. In the lower leagues it will be hard to get even half-decent coaches - as it should be, realistically...
