Struggling with Defence

I am constantly conceding from straight long balls over my back 3, really dont know what to change anymore.

Im in my first season in League One with Forest Green and been very inconsistent (which was expected)

Any advice about my defence or tactic in general is appreciated

I'd say it depends on your defenders pace marking and positioning.

You could try extremely urgent closing down inverted wing backs on support and sweeper keeper with defend duty.

What are the player instructions for the defenders?

you need to learn your players a second tacti more defensice than that. Or you can change your mentality to balance
