Can somebody suggest me to manage this situation???

Tell him 'pressure is off...' during pep talk.

I usually choose 'pressure is off' for team pep talk and then for each area (defense, midfield, attack) I choose 'have faith' and the players will get 'seems relaxed and motivated'.
