Hello all,

I am playing a game where quite a few players are on 6.4 match rating.

I can only make 3 subs so what do you look at after rating? Fitness is fine were just having a poor game.

in these circumstances you need to to take a risk and sub off 3 poor players and just hope for the best that your 3 chosen to come on make a big impact

Individual shouts can help as well if you know the players personality and what he will respond too.

I use individual shouts if they drop to 6.5 or below (depending on the rest of the team's ratings).

Ten minutes of that and no improvement they get subbed. If rating rises by one point then they get another 10 minutes.

I am also aware of whether or not it could be down to individual one-off errors. A defender for example could be having an OK game (6.8 ish) but then concede an own-goal which hits his rating. Boost morale a but and he usually comes back.

Can also depend on what time in the game it is.
