Whenever i made a substitution in any part of the game except for the half time break, my match would resume in the 3D view instead of my usual quick and lagless commentary view. How do i tweak this?

Help anyone? I can't find any ways to make sure after i make changes to tactics the game would return to the commentary screen. This issue has been slowing down my game dramtically
