Sucess with Leeds United?

I've tried plenty of times to get Leeds promoted but not matter who i sign, i just cant seem to get the tactics right. Im conceding far too many goals and thats the reason the team is struggling.

Can anybody suggest ways to improve my team or a tactic that will fit Leeds United well? thanks.

To be able to help you though, we need much more informtion. Its impossible to say where you go wrong when we have no idea how youare playing, how you handle the press and your man managament etc.
