How Come Every Time I Try To Download This It Wont Let Me Extract The File?

What you need to do is once you've downloaded the file save it to Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2013\editor data
(you may need to make the editor data folder) then right mouse click on the file and select "Extract Here". I recommend using winrar if you're not already using it

Ah right sorry mate there's not alot I can do about that as they are a welsh team. This was just a first attempt at an editor I will be making newer and hopefully better ones soon
