It isn't always, check the results of all tactics that I tested

Some tactics have the 2nd season better than the 3rd season and some tactics have the 3rd season better than 2nd, it's just random I think

Was that the latest Midsomer 101pt? It also appears that my 442s run better without OIs, and Dazed and Confused should be better than Midsomer.
