I'm looking for a creative CM and a Inside Winger, Preferably quite young if possible.

CM/DM - Simao from SHANDONG 3 million (or try ELTON/BOLATTI (transfer listed usually) from INTERNACIONAL though might be expensive.
Winger Nathan Dyer (if you use instalments 7 mil will be more than enuff).
