Suggestion

I would like to play like this, with Nottingham Forest any suggestion on the things which I should be changing or doing different guys?

Counter Attack

Control (Maybe Counter against v good teams)

Time wasting low
all players must cover up and press.

These tactics sound pretty good except they seem a bit too aggressive to play all the time. I would certainly try them out but if you find you're having defensive problems then bring a few players back and play a bit more defensively until your defense hit some good form.
