Suggestions on who to sign/where to strengthen

i am nearing the end of my fourth season with leeds, just wondering who you think i should buy/sell and where i need to strengthen. i am currently 8th in the prem and want to challenge for europe next season. my starting line up is:

how much money do u have mate?
if you've got over 15million, sell gudjohnson and buy keirrison (if he hasnt already gone to a big club) if you can't get him buy alberto paloschi - he is quality for my milan team.

apart from that your side looks good and strong, and with that striker you should reach europe at least

paloschi wouldnt come, but i've had a busy summer and ended up signing

craig gordon - £0 (end of contract)
kadlec - £6.5m + 2m clauses
Angel di Maria - £2.5m
Mazzarani - £10m + 6m clauses
Royston Drenthe - £8.75m
Quere (regen w/potential) - £3m
Davis Chaves (regen, dc good stats) - £3.7m
