Good tactic this, needs a slight tweak against bigger teams but destroys smaller teams.

In my case, I play weak teams about 3times, and every time I had good result.

Important information for this tactic.

Right wingback must have good stamina, work rate, pace, acceleration.

And Righ central defender must be fast.

It's very very important. Or you'll be conceded by right side counter attack

In my case, I play Portmouth in english league 2, I won every year and promotioned.
and 6th at first year of EPL, won Capital One cup only using this tactic

do have player filters or player attributes for this tactics? and player ppm?

what do you mean with in the match, you could set OI's against your most powerful enemy with 'mark tight', 'tackle hard' It's useful for better result.

In match game, you need to set OI against your powerful opposition player, ex. like this screenshot

you mean red card?
if one of your players get the red card, you should switch one of your strikers to the position get red card.
