so far, my tactics need stamina, workrate, speed(accel and pace) for strikers, passing are most important. yeah. you're right.
but in next version, I'll adjust the work load for tactics less than now.

WBs : gets forward whenever possible
CBs : stay back at all time, likes to switch ball to other flank
CMs : tries long range passes, tries killer balls often,
likes to switch ball to other flank​
strikers : moves into channels, likes to try to beat offside trap

Thank you for your answer. I think we missunderstood each other or maybe It's me. For my request at the top, I was asking if you could upload the sulk sam tactic on an fmf format because there is only the tac one. Cheers mate

oh I see.

for now, I'm working on 442, 523 tweaking. so, It takes some time. sorry.

Any chance you can make these .fmf files as the .tac files don't work for me on the full game.

I managed to get these from FM KOREA. although I used a poor translator so couldn't get to grips with the write up of instructions so well.....but the 442 is working well for me :D

You should use 442 tactic when you face the tactics that utilize 1 striker, 2 wingers and no central attacking mid-fielder. for example, 4123dm (433wide) and 523wide.

Against all the other tactics, use my another tactic 'Suk Sam 523 v3.5'

And in case of 'Eusebio vanco tweak' , It should be used when you face the tactic that utilize 1 striker and no attacking mid-fielders including AML, AMR, AMC. for example 4141, 451deep... etc.​
 
the suksam 4132 v4 counter (and standard) from last year (FM17) is far better from these tactics you posted so far
 
Maybe some improvements for your tactic

Hi Vanco2, hope your v4.0 is getting on well. I finally won the PL and the Carabao cup with Leicester for my first season. I have found some good things for your 442 suk sam tactic :

- "Preparation before match" -> Teamwork
- "Instructions during the match" -> "Concentrate" if scoring a goal in the first minutes / "play with more creativity" if low amount of shots on target / "tighter positioning" if struggling a win near the end of the match.

Sorry, I play on the french version so I don't know the names of these instructions.
