Sunderland CB Required

I'm in December 2009, board have just given me a budget of £35million for January due to increased finances. Just signed Marek Hamsik and Angelo Palombo. With some installments and some upfront. Have around £15-20million to spend and need a CB to replace Michael Turner who is garbage and gives away stupid amounts of pens.

All help is appreciated :D
 
Neven Subotic, Danny Wilson (youngster you can get fro £3mil)

Olof Mellberg [short term]
Nicolas Otamendi
Nicolas Burdisso

Go with one of the English defenders... Shawcross, Cahill etc etc.

Why would you question the funds? Already have Otamendi :)
 
Because your Sunderland in your 1st season and your signing big names and have loads of money. Was that not obvious?

No problem mate, just don't like being doubted, i have never ever downloaded FMRTE and wouldn't have a clue how to use it. I'm a genuine FM'er cheating takes the fun out of the game. I offloaded a lot of the high earners and signed some good players i must admit, i did put many of my transfers over 48 monthly installments i'll admit but thats not cheating, and if i don't watch the finances i could come into trouble in a season or too but hopefully the good players will help me win things and earn money :D

i did a sunderland save a while back and remember getting an investment in December time cant remember how much though

but why is your message at the top of your inbox when you have already signed players using it :S

Because i print screened to show my mate on MSN that i'd got £35million, because he's also playing a Sunderland save and they only gave him £20million. I then played on a bit and signed some players, i'm on the 1st December now and when people doubted my finances i remembered i'd print screened it and whacked it in paint and uploaded it to here :)
 
Maybe we should concentrate on getting you a centre back instead of accusing you of cheating ;)

Thanks mate, what i was about to say :) will check him out! Stoke playing hard ball on Shawcross want £20million so thats not happening. PSG just try to negoatiate £54million for Sakho and Fenerbahce want £25million for Lugano!

Should have gone with Zapata. Best defender on the game imo, young, strong and fast. :)
