Keisuke Honda should be available for ?1.6M.
Mohamed Diame has a ?3.5M release clause.

Also check out the top Norwegian teams (Rosenborg, Tromso, Molde etc) always find value for money up there.

Tried to get Honda but he ended up going to Liverpool. I'll have a look at the others, I got Strandberg from Rosenborg for next to nothing. Need to get rid of some deadwood as the wage bill is crazy for some very average players.
