EDIT: Never mind, decided to read the article instead It'll be a loan deal until the end of the season with an option to buy him at the end of the loan.

They are also signing Sessegnon...an Benin attacking midfielder from PSG. Him, Muntari and Cattermole will be a very good midfield.
