Is he a LB naturally? Also how much should i look to pay for him?

On a completely differet issue... do people on here generally prefer to play direct or shorter passing? And what dictates the decision?

He's LB or RB I think, a lot of clubs start of interested in him, he's ready to become a "leading Premier league player". 3.5M normally does it.
