I'm trying to create a UK national team with Scotland, Wales, England, Northern Ireland and Ireland (I know it's not strictly UK) and I was wondering if it can be done? because at the moment I can't find out anyway on how to make it all work.

I also want to create an NFL system with the British Leagues, not in terms of draft but in terms of conferences. each 'region' of say, 32 regions, the winners go into a knockout type scenario, the remaining 4 will enter the UCL the winner will win some kind of trophy.

Is that possible to do? (if not I'll create a standard league for the UK anyway)

It would take absolutely ages but yes it's doable. You want 32 seperate groups? Or do you mean 32 regional teams.

I mean 32 regions, each region has however many teams, the winners go into a play off knock out competition, the winner gets crowned as the best side in the world.
