I have had a word with the Boro chairman. He has plans to turn the ground into a housing development and gave you the job because he knew you would fail at keeping Boro up. The chairman says he loves the club. Bollocks he is looking to sell up the first chance he gets.

I'm quite happy with it being turned into a housing development. I do believe that the houses would actually play better than my players, so I would consider it an improvement:P

I have to say, I love my Assistant Manager. His advice during games is: "We need to turn our possession into something substantial by improving our finishing" I absolutely love that. How does he expect me to improve the finishing? If the players can't finish, then nothing I am gonna do will improve it. It really makes me laugh.

This just typical. The game where we actually work out where the goal is and score 2 goals and we concede 4. Just typical of the season really. I have definitely decided that I am probably the most useless person to ever play Football Manager.

You really need to choose your tactics and have the courage to stick it out win lose or draw,a team can take up to a season to gel into a tactic and be potent in it.Constant chopping and changing can be devastating to a team.

Could not agree more, that's how I play the game, I rarely change anything on my tactics once set up. If I loose I just try to keep morale as high as I can or drop poor performing players, or use different opposition instructions, but my tactic stays the same.

Update:

Well, we were relegated as predicted although only in 22nd place, not the 24th that the media predicted. My Captain rallied the troops prior to the last game, knowing a win would give them a chance of survival but the players had different ideas as they left the BSP with a whimper after losing 3-2 at home to the Leagues lowest and worst team. The only consolation was Sigere managed 2 goals after an 18 hour goal drought. Welcome to the BSS. Not sure what I am going to do with the squad. I will update you
